Regional and local products preferred: In our restaurant “Seespiegel” we serve dishes with ingredients from closest possible locations. We offer many specialities from the Eifel: Wir bieten Ihnen viele Spezialitäten aus der Eifel: Whitefish from the lake Laach, Game from the woods nearby and above all: Beef and pork from the monastery’s own farm.

The monastery’s farm is certified organic and continues an over 920 years old tradition of the monks to live in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Our wine list offers a remarkable number of wines from the Ahr, Mosel and Mittelrhein – the wine growing districts nearby. All wines are available in 100 cl glass, 200 cl decanter or 0,75 l bottle.

Restaurant “Rosengarten”

In our restaurant “Rosengarten” we serve culinary delicacies and drinks daily from 10 am.

There is currently no breakfast or family lunch buffet available at the 4-star Seehotel Maria Laach.

specialties. With solid craftsmanship, attention to detail and inventiveness produced, she embodies the claim to be something special.

We are committed to the idea of healthy food and therefore use mainly local ingredients – whenever possible – and fruits of the highest quality and do not use any additives in the creation process.

Modern craftsmanship and many years of experience have made it possible for us, in addition to the traditional products,
tointroduce well-known pies in a new guise.

Enjoy a cup of top coffee or a pot of premium tea and choose from our daily freshly produced range of at least 20 different cakes and tarts.
